Today marks the day I learn to make my first bakchang (many thanks to my ah ma). It was indeed a success (to me that is). I’m most happy with the result! *woot* 
Got to perfect the taste though. But still… 
At least this is the real pyramid bakchang and not those pillow chang! Again — *woot*
